We are inspecting your investment periodically making sure your asset is protected and maintained. A well-kept home will draw more qualified tenants who will want to stay longer. Tenants that we obtain always list maintenance or condition of the home for the #1 reason they move. We are responsive and utilize our preferred vendors to complete the work.
- We conduct (4) routine inspections yearly, the initial move-in inspection, (3) month walk-through, (9) month walk-through and move-out. The app we use for inspections stores pictures of the property and are in the tenants file.
- Through the online portal, Tenants are able to enter maintenance task requests 24/7 including Holidays. If we determine the request is an emergency, we will react immediately with our contractors to secure the home. We will then contact you to determine next steps.
- Non emergency maintenance request we will obtain estimates for the repair and begin work when landlord approves.
- Our vendors are licensed and insured, reasonably priced and over time will become very familiar with your home. We may also suggest items that may need to be budgeted for future repair/ replacement (i.e. tree work, flooring, HVAC maintenance, etc.)
